I’ll have a mix of oil paintings and prints at the 2019 edition of the New Artist Fair:
The New Artist Fair returns to the iconic Old Truman Brewery in London’s E1 art district for the 9th consecutive year.
The New Artist Fair ‘Summer Exhibition’ Private View is one of the most exciting nights out within London’s extensive art calendar. With live art being created throughout the evening, a DJ spinning great tunes, a fully stocked bar, AND over 100 carefully selected UK and International contemporary artists, you get the chance to buy the best work available before the masses arrive over the weekend!
For those who can’t attend the PV, the New Artist Fair is Free Entry throughout the weekend on Saturday and Sunday. The New Artist Fair is proud to continue celebrating the living artist, as the original London based, artist-led, gallery layout (no booths), dynamic, curated and friendly art fair!
Many artists who begin their careers with us go on to exhibit and sell with some of the UK’s top galleries, so come and invest in artists of the future whilst their creations are still affordable.
Every year there is an added attraction to the show! This year we’re partnering with Art Experiences, who will have live demonstrations from a selection of their featured artists for visitors to meet and speak too.
Also new this year, we are excited to announce the launch of the first ever Lemon Art Purchase Prize Award at the opening of the Private View, where the founders of the fair, Lemon Art, will be purchasing one artwork at the fair and adding it to the Lemon Art Collection, which currently includes works by Vincent Kamp, Cathy Lomax, John Ball, Mia Hawk, Jana Nicole, Michael Wallner, Jürgen Kuhl, and Tracey Emin to name a few.
As always, several of our artists will also be creating live throughout the event, and we’ll have the author Jeff Andrews of ‘Art Bollockese’ on hand to explain in his humorously intellectual way how modern art has been high-jacked by the elite.
Being one of the most exciting events in London’s art calendar, we hope to see you at our Private View on the Friday, but do not fear this event is FREE ENTRY all weekend. It should come with a warning though: ‘Buying Art is Addictive’, see you there!
