Private view will be held on Saturday 3rd June from 6 to 8 PM.

The exhibition comprises the work of three artist – Paul Kingsley Squire, Tahmina Sharmeen, Anton Dolders Connected by a shared interest in the wildly imaginative nature and the visual fusion of abstract and reality in a narrative perspective.

Paul Kingsley Squire: I am interested in how the medium of oil paint can be used to create effects and suggest forms within the painting itself. These landscapes generate an otherworldly yet naturalistic image, leaving the subject open to interpretation. The intention is to create paintings using experimental techniques, producing work that is abstracted and expressionistic.

Tahmina Sharmeen: states, “Stylistically, my work purely emotional, attached and influenced by nature, something which grabs my attention – And then I just try to recreate the same beauty of the nature and the world around .The peace and pleasure I find in painting keep me going.” I suppose I paint what attracts me and gives me a feeling of pure joy.

Anton Dolders : Displays artwork which portrays land, urbanscapes existing mainly in North Western countries: Merseyside and Lancashire.Material implemented in the creation of this work include oils, water based media such as acrylic and gouache, pencils, pastels and charcoal.
