Collaboration with Scottish Ballet and Kinetic Alchemy music track

So great to see this finished video from Scottish ballet, with music from my Kinetic Alchemy album.

A collaboration between digital Artist in Residence Zachary Eastwood-Bloom, VFX specialist Sam Goodwin, and choreographer/SB First Artist Madeline Squire.(my daughter !)

So great to see this all come together, as well as the live performances, which were particularly amazing !

I’d like to thank Scottish Ballet, Zac and of course Maddy Squire for choosing the music…

Beauty, artifice, voyeurism and the digital gaze are questioned in ‘The Three Graces’, a highly manipulated and multi-layered collaboration between Digital Artist in Residence Zachary Eastwood-Bloom, VFX specialist Sam Goodwin, and choreographer/SB First Artist Madeline Squire.

Each of the films in Zachary’s Technology//Mythology//Allegory series is based in an Ancient Greek myth. In this story, Euphrosyne, Aglaea and Thalia (The Three Graces) were daughters of Zeus and were said to represent youth, beauty, elegance. They are rarely represented as individual entities but always together, ’a triple incarnation of grace and beauty – the original ‘influencers’. Part of #SBDigital

Here’s the video – did I mention it’s awesome ! 😃
